Return policy: What may and may not be returned

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping costs. If we made a mistake in filling your order, we will refund what you paid for shipping as well as the cost to return it. Hitches that have been installed and removed will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% by the manufacturer. Hitch manufacturers may also assess a refinishing fee if a hitch was scratched during installation or not properly repackaged for return. Open wiring kits cannot be returned for a refund. Hitches that have been modified in any way cannot be returned.

Refund Policy: When you will get your refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delivery Policy: How and where orders are shipped

We ship directly to addresses in the US, Canada and Australia. If you live elsewhere, please register for a US address at a package forwarding service such as or This is necessary because tax collection rules in many countries now require us to register for separate accounts, collect and pay your taxes up front. For a small shop, that’s just too complicated, sorry. Package forwarding services provide this service.

Products that direct ship from us are processed within 1 to 2 business days and ship by USPS or UPS. Some of our products are direct-shipped and we do not control the shipping method manufacturers use or their timelines. We try to maintain information about their order turnaround time in our product descriptions and when there will be a delay of more than a couple of days, we will let you know.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order at any time. If you cancel an order before it ships, we will process a full refund. If the order has shipped, we will process a refund less the cost of shipping. For all sales over $1,000, credit card processing fees will be deducted your return unless that return was as a result of our error. For example, if you order a camper or Rampage lift and decide to cancel the sale, we will refund your payment minus the credit card processing fee that we were charged.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information we need to fill your order such as your contact and shipping information. We do not rent or sell this information to anyone. We do not store your credit card information. This is handled by the credit card processor for each transaction and is not stored. Our site may use cookies to keep track of what you have viewed on this site or have put in your cart, but we do not offer that information to any third party.
